This three storey reinforced concrete framed structure was constructed in 2000. The structural design has built-in capacity for the addition of a fourth storey. The upper floor and the first lower floor each occupy an area of 4051 square feet while the second lower floor is 2525 square feet.

At the road entrance level you will find the upper floor which houses offices that are out-fitted with high quality commercial finishes. The other floors are below road level and house a storage area for construction materials and also an industrial workshop.

All floors are reinforced concrete, and all walls are reinforced concrete block work and are plastered and painted. Windows are glazed steel frames and internal doors are of solid timber
