Our South Coast location offers direct access to the quiet, pristine white sand beach and to some of the best dining, shopping and nightlife in Barbados, including St. Lawrence Gap and the Oistins Festival. We are no more than 15 minutes away from the International Airport and the same from the main city and shopping centre Bridgetown. Our exact locale is on the Maxwell Coast Road, well away from the busy main road and traffic sounds.

The small number of units (21), all ocean view, in this beautifully designed five storey building ensures a personable experience and avoids the constant bustle found in larger properties.

Ocean One consists of exquisitely furnished two and three bedroom units ranging in size from 1,389 to 2,638 square feet of gracious floor space. The rates for Ocean One as with all accommodation in Barbados are based on the Summer and Winter Seasons which are as follows:

December 15th, 2009 – January 9th, 2010 US$700.00 per night *
January 10th, 2010 – April 14th, 2010 US$500.00 per night *
April 15th – December 14th, 2010 US$400 per night *

The above rates inclusive of twice weekly maid/laundress service. Daily maid/laundress service is available at your request at an additional cost. Cook or Butler Service is also available. Please enquire through the booking, contact page or your representative.
