Leethe Court is a well known South Coast beach front apartment complex. This gated complex offers amazing ocean views from every apartment, a communal pool which was uniquely designed in the shape of a guitar and beach access which is simply two steps from the lush well maintained poolside gardens. Shopping, restaurants, and the famous St Lawrence Gap are all within walking distance.

No 6, is a spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment located on the second floor of the southern side of the complex. The open plan kitchen/living area opens on to a spacious balcony, where you dine alfresco and enjoy the spectacular ocean view. The bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with the master bedroom having a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed. The apartment is non-smoking. Features include A/C, CD player, Cable TV, Ceiling Fans, Coffee Maker, DVD, Dishwasher, Washer / Dryer, Elevator, Iron & Ironing Board, Microwave, Telephone and Toaster. Maid service is provided two half days a week.
