The property is equipped with a shared washer and dryer outside the kitchen for your added convenience. The kitchen is a modern style with ample storage and a handy kitchen island cart placed in the middle. All three bedrooms have queen-sized beds, cozy window seats and ample closet space. The Villa sleeps up to six persons and is perfect for a family or friends gathering.

Outside, overlooking the beautiful garden and breathtaking ocean, there is a covered patio on the ground floor, ideal for al fresco meals, as well as a covered roof top decked out with a mini fridge, sink, lounge chairs and tables, perfect for watching sunsets and entertaining. When lit up with bright party lights this area is sure to be mesmerizing at night, as you unwind to the soothing sounds of the waves.

If you wish to sunbathe and indulge in some lazy days, there is a shared beachfront garden full of lounge chairs for you to do just that!  Relax under the palm trees and watch the calm waves roll in and be sure to witness the awesome sunsets!

The Villa shares a parking area with an automatic gate that opens from the main road into a private parking area which serves as a secure location for your rental car. The lot is shared with two on-property studio units that each have their own private entrances.

The Villa is walking distance to Rascals of Barbados Restaurant and Waterpark, the Stades Rum Distillery, the Pile Bay Fish Market, and historical places of interest such as the Mount Gay Rum Bottling Plant, Rihanna Drive and the cricket mecca, Kensington Oval, as well as Bridgetown, the capital of the island. Take a twenty-minute drive North along the West coast to Holetown in St. James, where you will find the upscale Limegrove Lifestyle Centre and many restaurants and shops.
