Our exact locale is on the Maxwell Coast Road, well away from the busy main road and traffic sounds.

The small number of units (21), all ocean view, in this beautifully designed five storey building ensures a personable experience and avoids the constant bustle found in larger properties.

No effort has been spared in ensuring the highest quality in finishes and furnishings such as the flat screen Televisions, the Italian designed kitchens with marble counter tops, fully fitted with GE kitchen appliances such as the double-door fridges, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove and stove top etc.

Each room is equipped with individual air-conditioning and most with ceiling fans. The complete Italian kitchens with ‘L’ shaped granite kitchen counters also act as a breakfast bar and share the incredible ocean view with the living rooms which open out onto the balcony with large all glass doors. Because of the glass design, just opening the curtains gives you the feel of being right there on the beach and you are surrounded by stunning views.
