Maximum Occupancy: 3 Adults or 2 Adults/2 Children. There are 50 One Bedroom Residences that range in size from approximately 806 sq. ft -851 sq. ft.  All residences in this category have one King bed, with a luxurious pillow-top mattress and 400 thread count linens, and one Queen Sleeper sofa. There is a spacious living and dining room with a 4 person dining table and fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, convection oven and stove-top, as well as, a washer and dryer. All One Bedroom Residences have balconies with direct ocean and beach views. This room also includes: 2 flat screen TV’s including cable,
Air-Conditioning in both the living/dining room and bedroom as well as ceiling fans, iPod Docking Station and Wi-Fi Access.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Above rates include 7.5% VAT and 10% service charge. All rates are in US Dollars and are room only. Rates are per room per night based on double occupancy in the Hotel Room and One Bedroom Suites and quad occupancy in the Two Bedroom Suites.

Minimum Stay of 7 nights is required on all room types from 20 December to 5 January.  

**Stays less than 7 nights must be approved by Sales and Marketing Manager or Group General Manager**

CHILD POLICY

Child Age: 3 – 16 year - First Child stays free when staying with 2 paying adults in the same room.  Infants Age: 2 years and younger - Infants ages 2 years and younger stay free.

MEAL PLAN RATE

 Full Buffet Breakfast inclusive of Hot and Cold Station:

- Adult Rate - US$22 per person per day

- Child Rate - US$12 per person per day
