Maximum Occupancy: 5 Adults or 4 Adults/2 Children or 2 Adults/4 Children. There are 20 Two Bedroom, Ocean Front Residences that range in size from 1,408 – 1,427 sq. ft. The Master Bedroom has one King bed and a balcony with a partial ocean view and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has one King Bed and partial ocean view from the windows; there is a second bathroom with rainfall and handheld shower. The residence has a large living room with a Queen Sleeper sofa; the dining room has a 6 person table and fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, convection oven and stove-top, as well as, a washer and dryer. All Two Bedroom Ocean Front Residences have balconies with direct, ocean and beach views. These apartments include: 3 flat screen TV’s with cable, Air- Conditioning in the living/dining room and bedrooms as well as ceiling fans, iPod Docking Station and Wi-Fi Access.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Above rates include 7.5% VAT and 10% service charge. All rates are in US Dollars and are room only. Rates are per room per night based on double occupancy in the Hotel Room and One Bedroom Suites and quad occupancy in the Two Bedroom Suites.

Minimum Stay of 7 nights is required on all room types from 20 December to 5 January.  

**Stays less than 7 nights must be approved by Sales and Marketing Manager or Group General Manager**

CHILD POLICY

Child Age: 3 – 16 year - First Child stays free when staying with 2 paying adults in the same room.  Infants Age: 2 years and younger - Infants ages 2 years and younger stay free.

MEAL PLAN RATE

 Full Buffet Breakfast inclusive of Hot and Cold Station:

- Adult Rate - US$22 per person per day

- Child Rate - US$12 per person per day
