the property – Banyan Cottage! Enter into this uniquely styled studio cottage
which has been recently re-furbished to give you the ultimate get away at an
amazing location! Although it does not face the beach, the cottage is just
steps away from the large beach front garden yard it shares with Banyan
House.  The cottage has its own private entrance/exit, which is separate
from the main house and faces the back yard garden.

The gazebo-style outdoor dining area located at the main entrance
of the property is ideal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or a light drink or
tea in the evening. You will immediately feel at home inside this fully
air-conditioned charming cottage. Upon entering to the left is the fully
equipped kitchen with the necessary culinary appliances such as a microwave,
stovetop/oven, grill and fridge. To the right, you will find a cozy living
room, outfitted with a tasteful ornamental display center, perfect for lounging
and watching TV.

Upon entering the bedroom, guests have a comfy queen-size bed and
an en-suite bathroom with tons of closet space. This newly refurbished cottage
is a great addition to the Brighton Beach rental market and we can’t wait to
