 Charming and rustic, two bedroom, two bathroom, heritage cottage in a breezy location that was once a plantation yard before it was developed into a residential neighbourhood offering a cameo view of the South Coast over Wildey.  Upton is on the boundary of St. Michael and Christ Church and is close to the commercial hub of Wildey and is in easy reach of South Coast beaches and amenities as well as Grantley Adams International Airport and the ABC Highway which leads to the commercial area of Warrens and the West Coast of the island.

Thick walls made of original hand-cut coral stone make this cottage a cool refuge with a covered enclosed patio that is furnished for dining and lounging.  The living room offers comfortable seating along with a day bed, desk and dining table.  The kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cutlery, pots, pans, etc.  Bedrooms are spacious, the Master bedroom is air conditioned, has a modern, open plan bathroom, the other bathroom is located in the corridor just outside of the second bedroom, all linens are provided.  There is a private garden on the Southern side of the cottage as well as another garden area in front of the enclosed patio.

The Owner, who lives overseas, has a separate unit at the back of the cottage with its’ own entrance which is where they stay when on island transitioning the cottage at the end of a rental, it also houses housekeeping, maintenance and gardening supplies.  The Owner is very accommodating and understands if Tenants prefer to have the property to themselves, Landlord will vacate if they are on island during a rental.

Tenants pay their own uitilites.
