Sandgate House is a beautiful, newly built, 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom, fully equipped beachfront property offering in excess of 2,000 sq.ft of comfortable living space. It is located to the North of our Bridgetown Harbour and is just a few minutes drive to Warrens or Holetown with many amenities including golf at the world renown Sandy Lane Golf Course. One can enter the property from the parking area via solid front door or electronic garage access. Immediately the essence of this detached property with its combination of Caribbean and contemporary flare is noticed. The owner has given consideration to relaxed living and entertaining in that the kitchen with its granite countertops and island is just off of the main living area with quaint dining. The entire lower level has a wrap around covered passageway leading onto a generous covered patio, lounge and dining area all offering unobstructed views of our white sands and glistening ocean. There is a salt water plunge pool and deck just off of the lounge area, perfect for tanning, and the bar is conveniently positioned between the kitchen and the deck. Just a few steps away one can paddleboard, snorkel or just laze and enjoy the gentle lapping of the ocean. The upper level offers two bedrooms to the East of the stairs, both have en-suite bathrooms with shower; one has built in closets and sleeps four – ideal for teenagers or children, while the other has a kingsized bed, built in closets and additional chest of drawers. The Master bedroom located towards the West has an en-suite bathroom with shower and walk in closet. Via full French doors one has access onto the large open patio overlooking the sea, truly a great space to sit and enjoy your surroundings or those romantic nights together. The bedrooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans and flat screen TV’s, the property has security grills throughout, an alarm system managed be a reputable security firm and beautiful garden to the West. Generally peaceful this wonderful property is airy and comfortable, well suited to many. Great sea bathing and paddle boarding; horseback riding nearby and golf a few minutes’ away, coupled with blissful sunsets and cool breezes topped with lovely sunshine can only add to an already anticipated holiday.
