Rates are INCLUSIVE of all taxes and all quotes include twice weekly housekeeping.

SUMMER AND WINTER  

25% deposit required on booking, full payment taken within 60 days of arrival.

Credit card payments accepted: VISA, MasterCard and AMEX (Charged in BDS$ currency, 1US$= 2BDS$). VISA and MasterCard handling charges (2.75%) are added to your bill, AMEX (4.5%). Alternatively you can pay by direct wire transfer.

WINTER PEAK

50% deposit (non-refundable) required on booking, full payment taken within 60 days of arrival.

No refunds if cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, no refund for shortened stays.

Check-in time 3pm, latest departure time 12 noon, unless by prior agreement.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
