Such a beautiful location, my family had a great time. Whether on the spacious patio, in the beautiful garden or on the beach, this is the place to be as relaxed or as active as you want to be

Perfectly located with easy access to shopping, places of interest and of course the spectacular beach in your front garden. A place to return again and again

Definitely a "wow" location. The house is spacious and very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen; wish we could have stayed longer

We stayed with two other couples at this beautiful house from February 24-March 10, 2022. (Travel tip here: as we were booking our trip we discovered that instead of traveling Saturday to Saturday, that by moving our dates Thursday to Thursday, the airline tickets were so much less that for just $200 more per couple we were able to stay two weeks instead of one. There was no "wave of despair" six days into our stay that we usually feel on one-week vacations!). My goodness, we were happy that we were able to book our stay starting on Thursday. Communication by AirBNB messaging and by phone (Jameela, Orissa, and Kiana) before and during our stay was excellent. Transportation from the airport was easy having been arranged by our host prior to our arrival. A five passenger car is available for rental with the house for a very reasonable rate but there were six of us so we used a taxi all week (Charl and Charlene: 246-231-9447).
Entrance to the property is protected by an electric gate for which we had a gate opener. There are three sets of keys - house and gate locks; the house is very secure. The washer and dryer are outside, the door is through the kitchen. Jameela and Kiana made sure we had everything we needed.
Barbados speaks for itself.
Specifically about this house, it is very spacious with three "living areas" inside and two outside plus a beautiful garden. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. Large TV with cable and internet TV (Apple, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.) There is a covered porch with ample seating where we ate all the meals we prepared. We all love to cook. Farmer's market just across the street from Rascals on Saturday mornings has great fresh produce and eggs. It is a relatively short walk, uphill, to Carlton's Supermarket. We bought lots of fresh fish at the fish market (the one toward Bridgetown also has lots of vegetable/produce stands) where they prepare it however you like (we had it all filleted). Our favorites were fried flying fish and grilled/blackened mahi-mahi (they call it dolphin). There are great restaurants on the island that will deliver to the house if you want. Upstairs there is a very large covered porch with a porch swing, lots of seating, and a wet bar with a little refrigerator. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, the beds very comfortable. Water in Barbados is filtered through limestone/coral and pumped up from subterranean aquifers and is as pure as what you get in bottles. All the beaches in Barbados are public, however, the beach outside the back gate of our fence was "ours" the whole two weeks we were there. The hosts have recommendations in the welcome book and there is a hardcover book that inside has 4 pages of all the attractions on the island with hours, phone numbers, etc.
We loved our stay at Banyan Beach House Villa.
